Terms And Conditions
Margin Requirements:
- On expiry days, the margin requirement for buying changes from intraday to carry forward.
- Commodity Margins on Inventory Data Days:
- Crude Oil (Wednesday): ₹10,000 between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Natural Gas (Thursday): ₹10,000 between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- NYMEX Crude Oil (Wednesday): ₹100,000 between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- NYMEX Natural Gas (Thursday): ₹100,000 between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- MCX Options (Crude Oil and Natural Gas): Margins are set at 45% on inventory data days between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Note: The timing and days for inventory data are subject to change based on the respective data-releasing organization’s schedule.
Margin Adjustments:
Intraday to carry forward margin requirements can be modified at any time, up to 15 minutes before the market closes.
Liquidation and Risk Management:
- Auto-Liquidation Threshold: Positions may be liquidated starting at a 90% mark-to-market (MTM) loss during intraday trading.
- Overnight Positions: A 100% holding margin is mandatory to carry forward any position overnight; otherwise, the position will be liquidated.
- Liquidation Order: During liquidation, the position with the highest loss among all open positions will be liquidated first.
Order Execution:
All orders, including market, stop-loss, limit orders, and liquidations, will be executed based on the available bid-ask prices, Chart highs and lows are not considered for transaction execution.
Dispute Resolution:
If there are any discrepancies or issues related to liquidation, margin calculations, or auto square-offs, clients should contact customer support within 15 minutes. Queries raised after this period may not be addressed.
Trading Restrictions:
- Option Selling: Engaging exclusively in option selling is restricted. If done, only 40% of the profit can be claimed.
- Low Volume Trades: Such trades are prohibited.
- Trade Matching and Group Trading: These practices are not allowed. If detected, the trades will be annulled, and profits will be forfeited.
Technical Issues:
In case of technical problems, clients should contact support within 15 minutes.
Corporate Actions:
Dividends and bonuses cannot be claimed through this platform.
