Chairman Naveen Jindal emphasised the need for active monitoring, citing challenges faced despite the Coal Ministry’s support. Union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy responded by affirming the government’s commitment to simplifying approvals and ensuring timely operationalisation of coal mines to meet growing production targets.
