India objects to Indonesia’s proposed import control on cotton yarn at the WTO

In a notification circulated by the Committee on Safeguards on May 24, addressed to WTO members by Indonesia, concerns have been raised about a serious threat to domestic industries producing cotton yarn, thereby proposing safeguard measures against its imports.
